What is Crossrail?

The London Crossrail project will create the first complete new underground line in more than 30 years, connecting people to the heart of London, as part of the most ambitious construction project in Europe. Construction first began in May 2012 with the first new trains entering service by late 2018. London Crossrail will create 10 new stations and utilise more than 40 existing stations, expanding the overall rail capacity by 10%.

London Property

The impact of the Crossrail project will be felt across London with an estimated £14.7Bn increase in residential values expected around the Crossrail stations. The creation of new rail connections, the increased capacity and an overall reduction in commute times will also lead to the development of thousands of new homes and the unlocking of valuable commercial space in the effected areas.

ACE Funding

ACE Funding has an established group of investors and property developers, matching bespoke developments to individual investors. The Crossrail project represents an opportunity for investors within London and its extremities and has led to an increase in development opportunities. ACE Funding can match these Development opportunities to specific funders in order to secure funding in a relatively short amount of time.  We use an established and proven process which will match the most suitable investor to a Development project in need of funding.

Due to the increased interest the areas affected by the Crossrail project we have expanded the number of Developers we currently work with and are actively looking to secure funding for other Developments.
