In addition to our core business we offer a range of property services, from guaranteeing rental income to the buyer and refund of VAT, customised marketing and management services, to design and architectural consultancy. New chapter

Our company is going through exciting times. In view of a dynamic property market in UK, we have decided to relocate to London from where we can serve our clients better. In moving to London and refocusing on an international angle, we are also in some way going back to our roots. The company was first set up in Kensington, London in 1990s, under a different name (Compulink Estates), but with the same management and ownership. Then we trail blazed new technologies and were one of the first to adopt 3D modelling, ahead of most other practitioners. Today, and with our deep insight into the London property market spanning over 25 years, we are confident in our cumulative expertise to secure a significant share of the residential development market, off plan and other.
